WGEA Employer Statement

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) incorporated as a partnership in Australia in late 2023. From day one, our commitment has been to develop a workforce in Australia that reflects the core values of our global organisation: integrity, quality, objectivity, fun, personal reward, and inclusive diversity. These principles are the cornerstone of our culture and underpin our people-focused initiatives. Gender equity is deeply woven into these values and is an essential element of who we are as an organisation.

A&M places a strong emphasis on gender equity and is dedicated to closing the Gender Pay Gap (GPG) by consistently working to create fair and equitable foundations, ensuring that every individual is treated with fairness and respect, regardless of gender.

2024 / 2025 Reporting Period

For the reporting period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, A&M Australia’s total average Gender Pay Gap was 23.1% and the median was 25.4%. This reporting period represents A&M’s first year of reporting to the Australia Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

The current 2024/2025 data is an important, initial baseline to support transparency and inform future decisions. A&M will continue to foster a workplace where employees have equal access to opportunities, development and progression as we grow together.
