Mr. Campos specializes in telecommunications and technology and brings more than 20 years of international experience in advising leading corporations and investment funds on growth strategy, operational performance improvement, and M&A. He has extensive expertise in commercial and operational due diligence, infrastructure carve-outs, and value creation strategies across digital infrastructure assets, including data centers, fiber networks, and mobile towers.

Mr. Campos’s notable engagements include the due diligence and carve-out assessment of a leading data centre provider in the Australia and New Zealand region, covering the development of a target operating model and detailed analyses of revenue and cost implications. Mr. Campos also developed a market strategy and execution roadmap for a major wholesale and enterprise fiber network provider and led the commercial due diligence for a prominent data center provider in Australia.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Campos was the General Manager of Strategy at Telstra InfraCo. In this role, he led strategy development for the carve-out of Telstra InfraCo’s infrastructure assets, primarily mobile towers and fiber networks, into a standalone entity with revenues exceeding $4 billion. He defined the entity’s value proposition, asset scope, operating model, and growth plans, including pricing strategies, internal commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships. Mr. Campos also spearheaded the launch of significant market opportunities, including a new optical fiber initiative projected to generate an additional $200 million in revenue.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Campos served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy and performance improvement programs for corporate clients and executed due diligence engagements for private equity firms, notably advising a prominent UK-based fund on the acquisition of a global outsourcing provider. At Oliver Wyman, he conducted commercial due diligence for private equity and infrastructure funds investing in the Australian digital infrastructure sector.

Mr. Campos earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA with concentrations in corporate finance and strategy from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is fluent in English and Portuguese, with professional proficiency in Spanish.
