Our Graduate Recruitment Program

If you’re in your final year of study and ready to kickstart your career, graduate applications open Monday 2 February and close Sunday 8 March 2026.

As a Graduate Associate, you’ll work on complex, real-world challenges from day one, with real responsibility and world-class training. You’ll deliver high-impact, hands-on projects that help organisations achieve measurable results, while developing strong leadership, commercial, analytical and execution skills. Interview Process

The interview process for our Graduate Programme consists of two rounds of case study–based interviews. To ensure you bring your best self to the interview, we strongly encourage all candidates to prepare thoroughly for both case discussions.

The case studies are designed to evaluate your problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and communication skills. They simulate real-world business challenges, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate how you approach complex issues, structure your analysis, and develop clear, actionable solutions.

Our Internship Program

Applications for our Internship Program will open on Monday 2 March 2026 and close on Friday 3 April 2026.

Our Internship Program offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, hands-on projects from day one. As an Intern, you will support teams in delivering measurable results for leading organisations, while developing strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills.

You’ll work in a collaborative, team-based environment where learning, mentorship and real responsibility are at the core of your experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to complex business challenges within a fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm.

• Timing: We offer opportunities for you to join either our summer (starting end of June) or winter internship program (starting end November), aligning with university study breaks.
